1. Sponsor

The ÁTHOS Extendable Microfiber Duster Launch Giveaway is sponsored by ÁTHOS, available at athosliving.com.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 11th, 2026 at 8:00 AM CST and ends on June 14th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of ÁTHOS are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How To Enter

There are two ways to enter during the giveaway period.

Purchase Entry: Any order placed on athosliving.com during the giveaway period that contains the “Extendable Microfiber Duster” product will automatically receive one entry into the giveaway.

Free Entry: To enter without making a purchase, email customerservice@athosliving.com during the giveaway period with the subject line “Duster Launch Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence.

Limit one entry per person, household, and email address, regardless of entry method. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or ineligible entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ÁTHOS.

5. Prize

Three eligible entries will be randomly selected to each receive $200 worth of ÁTHOS products. The approximate retail value of each prize is $200.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. ÁTHOS reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection

On or around June 18th, 2026, three eligible entries will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

For purchase entries, the selected entry may be identified by the qualifying order number. For free entries, the selected entry may be identified by the entrant’s name or email address.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or contact information associated with their qualifying order or free entry. A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these official rules, ÁTHOS may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Odds Of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

9. Taxes And Fees

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of ÁTHOS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

ÁTHOS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper functioning of the giveaway.

ÁTHOS reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway.

11. Release Of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ÁTHOS, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of any prize, or any technical, printing, typographical, human, or other error related to the giveaway.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for ÁTHOS to use the winner’s name, general location, likeness, submitted content, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, and as otherwise described in ÁTHOS privacy practices.

14. Social Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release those platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

15. Governing Law

The giveaway and these official rules are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
